D2C / Home Goods · Web Development + Digital Marketing
Launch-ready D2C store that hit 4.2% conversion in month one
A Jaipur-based home goods brand needed to move off marketplace dependency with an owned channel that could rank and convert paid traffic.

The challenge
Verde sold exclusively on marketplaces with thin margins and no customer data ownership. They needed a fast Shopify-alternative experience on Next.js with SEO pages for product categories, integrated Meta pixel tracking, and a checkout flow optimized for mobile buyers in tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
Strategy
We prioritized category landing pages targeting high-intent search terms, built a component library for rapid product page rollout, and connected Meta Ads to dedicated landing pages — not the homepage — to improve quality score and conversion rate.
Execution
Delivered 12-page Next.js storefront in 3 weeks including collection pages, product templates, about story, and FAQ. Implemented GA4 ecommerce events, Meta Conversions API, and WhatsApp order support for high-AOV inquiries.
