    Clause 01 — Acceptance of terms

    By accessing rakax.in and using Rakax services, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws.

    Clause 02 — Services

    Rakax provides web development, design, marketing, and automation services as described in individual project agreements or statements of work.

    Clause 03 — Intellectual property

    Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in project contracts. Rakax retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

    Clause 04 — Limitation of liability

    Rakax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
